Charlie is the Owner/Operator of Sandblox Resort. He grew up as a child going to the property to camp, swim, fish and even spent time on the cable crane excavating out the lake.

With a 25-year history in hospitality and management, Charlie traveled from the Midwest to Atlantic City and Las Vegas before returning home. He assisted in opening the Borgata in Atlantic City where he managed 10 – 20 team members before moving to the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas where he attended to clientele that included world elites and celebrities, emphasizing VIP treatment for every guest.

In 2017, Charlie returned to southwest Michigan to assist in the operations of B and Z excavation company with his father. Now he looks to take his hospitality skills that support local municipalities and residents and move on to the next chapter.

Charlie wants to provide memorable and luxurious experiences for those attending milestone lifetime events in our area. We want to add to the 5-star experience supplied by many of our current establishments in a small, quiet town, that blends excitement and entertainment with peace and tranquility.

Jaime is the wife of Charlie Binger. She will assist in all aspects of the Resort as Property Manager and specializes in event planning and décor.
Jaime is a Kentucky native and Western Kentucky University graduate. She has spent 25 years in the hospitality business, working in high end hotels from Atlantic City to Las Vegas before coming to southwest Michigan.
Jaime is excited to bring the expectation of world class service to our little resort on the lake. She enjoys entertaining, decorating, and knows her way around power tools.

Stephanie (the hostess with the mostess) has spent 26 years thriving in the hospitality industry, first as a bartender at local restaurants and bars in her hometown, she then excelled in the gaming industry and received several accolades for her exemplary hospitality as a poker dealer. Tending to the needs of others has been her driving force.
Sandblox is the perfect place for Stephanie to thrive once again. Not only does she get to be a people person all day. She gets to work her craft in her second passion, landscaping!

Which is why she has been passionately tending the grounds here at Sandblox Resort.  Her vision is to create a pollinator friendly landscape, designed to delight your senses, and immerse you in the beauty that is SW Michigan.

Benjamin (The Doughman) Graziano is the owner/operator of Doughman Pizza, the brick and deck oven pizza trailer operating on the property at Sandblox Resort where he creates artisanal doughs used to make amazing fresh pizzas and breads with the best ingredients possible. (locally sourced when available) He graduated from the North American Pizza & Culinary Academy with Scuola Pizzaiolo certification.
When not cooking, Ben is the curator of the resort tending to the needs of guests and the beautiful grounds at Sandblox. He has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in multiple casinos across the country, gaining valuable experience in enhancing the guest relationship.
Prior to all this, Ben was a 2-time Kentucky All-state football player and played at Anderson University. He then was an officer of the Phi Delta theta fraternity at Western Kentucky University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree.

Justice is the Operations Coordinator at Sandblox Resort. He grew up in St. Joseph Mi before heading south to attend the University of Florida.
Justice enjoys playing tennis and spending time on homesteading projects, which keep him active and focused. He now has embarked on the adventure of building a lake resort and ensuring every guest has a memorable stay that caters specifically to them.

Stacey Baker

Stacey is the Spa and Wellness Director at Sandblox Resort. She is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Board-Certified Natural Health Coach dedicated to helping others achieve balance, healing, and renewal through holistic wellness. With a strong foundation in both traditional healthcare and natural healing practices, Stacey blends science and intuition to create a truly personalized approach to each client’s care.
Stacey specializes in therapeutic massage and bodywork designed to relieve tension, reduce stress, and restore harmony to body and mind. Her background in nursing allows her to understand the body on a deep level, while her holistic training brings an added layer of compassion and mindfulness to every session.
Whether you’re seeking pain relief, stress management, or overall wellness support, Stacey’s integrative approach helps you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

Addison Binger

Addie is the daughter of the owners. She attends high school where she competes in Volleyball and Basketball.
Addie loves watching over small children and participating in crafts with them. She is an avid beach goer and swimmer and assists in all aspects of the Sandblox experience.
