Here at Sandblox Resort we are pleased to offer you culinary delights, courtesy of Doughman Pizza.  Our in-house pizzaiolo, Ben “The Doughman” Graziano, will be serving delicious scratch-made brick oven pizza, Detroit-style pizza, house made focaccia bread sandwiches, sweet treats, and much more!

We will also be available for catering events such as rehearsal dinners, receptions, corporate retreats, family functions, or any event you need catered.  We will be available to host these events at Sandblox, or we can bring the doughy goodness to you.

Doughman Menu

Brick oven pizza

  • Margarita: red tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, grated parmesan cheese, evoo drizzle

  • Marinara: red tomato sauce, shaved garlic, dry oregano, evoo drizzle (Vegan)

 

  • Pepperoni: red tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni

 

  • Hot honey Pepperoni: our pepperoni pizza with red chili flake and local honey

 

  • Pesto: pesto base, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, parmesan cheese

 

  • Seasonal: different offerings will be available depending on seasonal ingredient availability

 

  • BYO pizza: base (red, evoo, basil pesto, ricotta), cheese (fresh or shredded mozzarella, brick, parmesan), meats (pepperoni, sausage, rotating cold cuts), veggies (onion, bell pepper, black and green olives, roasted red peppers, rotating veggies)

Detroit style pizza

Pepperoni: brick cheese, pepperoni, our Detroit style red sauce, parmesan cheese, hot honey optional (sold by the slice or whole)

Sandwiches

  • Served on fresh focaccia bread with meat, veggies, and/or cheese of your choice and dressed to order.

Choose from: cheese (fresh or shredded mozzarella, rotating cheeses), meats (rotating cold cuts), veggies (lettuce, onion, bell pepper, black and green olives, roasted red peppers, other rotating veggies)
